By the way, Amar'e is practicing today according to Al Iannazone.

Novak is not- apparently a recovery day (though it looked like he hurt his arm the last game- he came out with a bandage or something on it) time for some hysteria?

No Sheed, no Camby yet.

the fact that you can't even have an unrelated thread without some tool here bringing him up make me think that rational minds are few and far between. Bunch of emotionally weak, angst riddled people. I mean, how many times can you argue the same shyt

wasn't the bandage on the arm because he got a scratch that bled.

Knick Perspective? If so, then every right to question.

Hysteria? Who is hysterical?

Persepctive is kind of consistant isn't? Knicks sell us a bunch of bullshyt and we buy into it.

What bullshyt? Is the knee injury to Amare career or season ending? Are we being smokescreened here, led to believe it's a minor knee bruise, when in fact Amare will need season ending surgery soon? Enlighten us oh wise Dolan I mean Nalod.

Man take your negativity to another poster. I don't dislike you as an ultimate knicks poster but dude, every posted response to me is some negativity no matter what the topic. I work with a woman who's always got something bad to say and people don't really want to deal with them. No disrespect but, all the negativity is just too much for me to handle.

Amar'e interviewed on nba tv and just said that his bruise has completely gone and he feels great- people can now turn their attention from Amar'es bruise to Novaks scratch.

Little off topic, but what's the deal with Patrick? I remember hearing he felt slighted by the Knicks for only offering the D-League coaching job, but seems like the Big Fella's hanging around the team now? At least between Tyson's art show and team practices. Probably just making more out of it than I should. Either way, I like having him back around.

I don't think it's just you. Every post by Nalod is a glass half full, conspiracy theory, grass is greener in Atlantic Ave post. I agree, the negativity(before 1 game has even been played lol) gets tiring.

i even saw a couple of recent pictures of him posing with current Knicks. So yeah, kinda weird seeing Pat actually visit the garden.

It's good to see, but strange at the same time. He seemed on good terms with Allan Houston, so looks like the media were exaggerating his feeling slighted. Amar'e also joked around with him when Ewing asked about his training with Hakeem, and said that he'd been trying to get some training time with Patrick Ewing. Seems like the Knicks have reached out to Ewing in some way in the past month, but odd they never offered him an assistant coaching job.

As for assistant coaching, Head Coaches tend to bring in guys they are familiar and comfortable with. Don't know if he has any relationship with Woodson at all.

Sorry, was not aware I was riding you in particular. Im pretty much across the board "Debbie Downer" mode this off season but not really trying to focus on anyone.

When one is pro Walsh, Pro MDA, Pro yoot, and even OK now with "the trade" I had low expectations and last season was fun. As expectations on the board rise I get more of the dread feeling the more I look at the roster. I had Knicks at 52 wins but getting this pit in my stomach about the back court. I don't ride Melo, or Amare but I don't like the Party line coming out of the machine and can't trust anything but the product on the floor.

So When I don't see Amare I get worried, when I worry , I get angry, then an eye patch, then in a road side ditch...........

man, you with TK an a few others, I look forward to your posts but, lately you obviously down in the dump. You brought the meat today in a few threads though so, don't think we are down on you...I'm not.

I hope this season is a pleasant surprise for you, bringing you back into the positive Knick fan Mold. We can't help who the owner is but, those below him have been doing a good job.

I like meat!

Im pretty consistant as I prefer to let Melo game speak for itself and not Gallo/Wilson/Moz. Same for Felton, he plays well there is not Lin talk regardless of how well he fare's as a Rocket. Knicks control their fate. It all gets sorted out on the court.

As for Amare, he is my favorite knick. He has amazed me when I got to see him in person and hope he still has it in him.

I don't trust the knicks. Their play will speak for itself!

^We have all been snake bitten by the the Knicks. Glad the new promos aren't making any bold statements like the embarrassing Formidable promo the used when we got Zach. No proclamations, just go out an as you said Nalod, let their play speak for themselves. Even Amare seems to have learned about making bold (embarrassing) statements like "we're hunting the Heat."
