Still can't understand how fields seems like he's a 50% FT shooter. Having a decent game otherwise and got hacked a few times earlier with no call though
Let's try to elevate the level of discourse in this byeetch. Please

I agree but Fields has to cut down on the happy feet. Forcing things a bit.

Nice shot from Fields earlier. We need more of that.

Why is it that I cringe every time Walker goes up for a shot? He's been THAT off lately. Every time he has the ball it's like we can EXPECT him to screw the hell up. I'm getting tired of that, personally.

Better yet, why are we down double figures at the half against the gotdamned Raptors??? Not an impressive first half from the Knicks...

Another season, and more adversity to persevere through. We will get the job done, even BETTER than last year. GO KNICKS!

Seems have Knicks have clamped down on D..just need some scores here. Spacing seems to be off..also need more kickouts. Novak was open on a few of Lin Drives that he missed.

Seems like on the PnR stat is setting a screen and then just hanging out in the mid range area. Not making a hard roll to the hoop like you see from Chandler.

yeah, he may be wanting to hook his new friend up...but he seems to be making his flow to the basket moves, which is better than being mostly a spot up shooter...

Also, I think he will just have to wait for the second unit without Chandler but until NY gets a back up point there will be problems at times.

He looks terrible with TYSON on the floor, they need to run that sreen on the base line, more options

Leo Rautins is fun.

Carmelo will be easier to absorb than Amar'e sharing the paint with Tyson.

Knicks down 11 and hanging close and tough as they did in Minneapolis. Watch them turn up defense in the second.

Teams will bring their best effort. Raptors cannot shoot any better.

I'll take 9 points and 6 assists on an average half for Lin. 18 and 12 sounds about right.

AHHH Man! Lin just missed STAT wide open in the paint on that last play. He's got to stay back a bit and start anticipating the double teams. He keeps driving right into them. This is still a very winnable game if they can keep playing good D and start scoring rather than turning it over and having wasted possessions.

This half shows just how much this team needs JR Smith. Fields can't shoot, Shump can't layup and dunk and Walker just sucks.

exactly...very keen observation...

what's a shame is that this shift has led to chandler not getting the plays run for him as before...

i get it, as we need amar'e to do what he does...but where is that hard move to the basket?

bring it!

This is just a bad game for them. We've seen them play better. I think they lost a bit of their rhythm being off and then adding STAT. Instead of just playing Lin was looking for STAT too much and that took them out of their flow!!! We've seen this happen before.

I agree , Fields seems really amped to be playing with Lin. You're also right about Fields driving more. Its been the main drawback to his game since the second half of last season.

i think it's far too early to suggest this is a FAIL...

amar'e is not acclimated just yet...

then we can make a better judgement...

1 half of his first game back after lin is anointed better than rondo by espn voters after 4 games...
