Personally, I think that +/- isn't very good at describing an individual player's performance. I think that it's much more useful when talking about which five players play better when on the floor together.

I don't know man, I think it's a great stat to show theimpact a player has on the game. If your team goes up when you are on the floor you are part of something that's going right.
