Yeah I was going to say, for his first game back to a newly constructed NY team, he looks extremely comfortable out there.

the value of adding a guy who knows the system and also the coach knows how he fits in the system

So long as the team can share the ball and keep the floor spread. This hasn't been one of our best offensive games, but they're getting it done on pure talent at this point. I'd prefer more motion and ball movement, but hey...

yeah, i agree on all points. i think ball movement will come with familiarity.

but i think the offense is actually the kind that is tougher to guard in the playoffs.

You think so? I love 'em!

Me too - I wish they would switch to these for the road and white versions of these for home games. I think they look better.

I like the retro look and the simplicity they got by removing the black.

Agreed

He's got such a ridiculously low basketball IQ, IMO. Can't run an offense, so many bad passes, so many bad shots.

But love his hustle, his D and the fact he can drive and knock down the GOOD shots that he takes pretty consistently.

I thought the same thing, he looks pretty comfortable out there. He does give us extra height too. I think he will play a good roll for the team but this board loves to rag on him.

On a team that stinks like Knicks teams of old his deficiencies really stand out. During his first stint as a Knick he was asked to do too many things he's not good at..like catch a pass..lol.

Toney Douglas learn from Landry Fields..that's how you get the ball to the middle of the court on a fast break.

TD may not be a good PG, but when he's scoring and defending he can be effective. The problem is when he's not hitting shots we're dead.

Knicks just have too much offense for most teams. HAHAHA. It is good to be a Knick fan.
