STATMELO BABY! I'm so pumped. This is the most exciting regular season Knicks game in years. I can't remember the last time i've been so pumped to see a Knick game. This is just awesome. Watching STAT, Melo and Billups on the stage gave me goosebumps. I think Billups is getting into this and as the excitement of the Garden hits him he'll be pumped. I'm sure the size of the press crowd was impressive and he's gonna love the energy in the Garden tonight.

They don't know what it's like to see The Garden in a playoff game. This is huge for them. Those of us who are older have seen some ups and of course downs, but a lot of young fans have no idea of what it really means to have a bigtime Knicks team to get behind and enjoy. My sons are so pumped and we're all gonna enjoy this together tonight. I'm happy to share this era with them. We were down after the Jets lost, but this has us excited again. GO KNICKS!!!! |

Alright fools, off to grub cable off my buddy!
My mixed feelings are turning into excitement -- I think I just had to go through my mourning period for the yoots -- now let's see how this plays out. This feels a little like New Year's Eve though, meaning it's Knicks Fan Amateur Hour, when we've been here the whole time keeping the lights on debating Jared Jeffries' defense and celebrating David Lee double-doubles. I'm not expecting 30 out of Melo tonight, but Billups WILL find him and there will be some fireworks. Win or lose, I'm pretty sure we'll see signs of why this was done. |
