He's hgot to be trusted. He could also be a lock down defender on the 2 or 3.

Was just about to post this. Hes playing totally different to how he has so far this season. Looks like hes playing the Turiaf role, rather then the 6'11 TD hes been trying to be till now. He keeps this up, he will get burn. Excellent rebounder.

OT question for you: Is Torres definitely going to Chelsea?

Theyve told Chelski they will accept a £50 mill offer. Or £40 mill plus Anelka. TBH, everyone wins in those deals, and I think hes coming to London. Especially as hes getting frustrated at not wiinning in Liverpool. Another wrinkle is that he has a clause in his contract saying Liverpool must accept a £50m bid IF they dont make the Champions League this year. Which it looks like they wont. So do they gamble and try keep him, even though they just got Luis Suarez for £27m? I doubt it. He'll be at Stamford Bridge before Feb 1 IMO.

Torres and Drogba would be sick!!

Line-drives from VisaWaiver will not be dropping all game. I'm not worried.

Wow - Just saw the last few seconds of the first half and checked the box score. Mozcov and AR playing and contributing. Bad that we're trailing Detroit. But I'm excited to see contributions from these two.

What's your take, are these minutes for AR a tryout for rotation minutes or showcasing for whatever team we're rumored to be sending him to?

Mosgov got to play through the early mistakes and it paid off. Not many guys his size in the league who are as fast as he is. AR didn't force up a shot, grabbed some quick rebounds and he moved the ball around, so he should get another look, maybe in this game. The lineup with TD, Moz, AR showed the makings of a good second unit.

I don't really understand the +/- stat but Randolph is plus 3 at the half.

Dont' know. But I'd really like to see us stand pat and see what these guys can do. It may or may not be the best way to get to the next level. But I like this team and would like to see what the players we have can develop into.

This is a game we should absolutely win (as were our recent losses to Sac, Phoenix, and Houston), but one I think we can afford to lose (provided our bench continues to see action). Thrilled to see these guys getting minutes and making the most of it and hope we at least let them finish out this game.

Maybe, but not if they keep getting service from Kalou, Mikel and Ramires. Theres a reason why Chelski have looked so poor his year. No Lampard, Malouda inconsistant, they need better delivery.

But yes, those too would be fun to watch. Might even make Vidic break a sweat. Have you seen hm this year? The guys like the Terminator. People bouncing off him left and right. Opposing managers want him tested for PED's thats how dominant hes been.

And speaking of great play, Ryan Giggs is 37. 37!!!!!! Says a lot if people would pay £20 mil to have you at 37. Utterly legendary.

If Moz and Randolph can be given consistent minutes I agree. Both guys looked really good.

would be a huge move for chelsea if this goes down. they clearly are scared. it would be an insane fee, btw.
