They already have Muah Boute. Seems redundant to me. They need to get a real backup for Bogut. Remember they traded Gadzuric.

Webster is going to be playing SG for Minny with Johnson at SF. Bye Bye Brewer. Finally Webster gets to start. Webster will be a good starter.

I dont see why Minny would want Beasley unless more trades are coming. Maybe Minny is trying to mimic Portland and OKC by just acquiring massive amounts of young talent.

If true, that's a tremendous trade for Portland --- rights to Luke Babbitt and Ryan Gomes from Minny for Martell Webster. David Kahn really has no idea what he's doing...

You do realize Webster was drafted out of highschool as a SG right? David Kahn traded Babbit(SF) and Gomes(SF) for a SG/SF. Now they have a long range threat that they dont have to develop. Martell is ready to rock and roll next year.

Webster's OK but he's no Babbitt my friend...Babbitt's a much better overall player than Webster, much more skilled (probably a better shooter as well and that's what Webster's known for) AND they got a decent PF in Ryan Gomes..
