Steven A said he's got a drinking & gambling problem... sad ending to a HOF career if that's true.

Yeah but why is he saying it now. There were always rumors about his drinking and gambling. Like Sam said it didn't impact what he was doing with the Sixers. It's like Steven A. got pissed at AI one day and said how can I screw him over. Oh yeah talk about personal shyt.

To his defense he is in bad foul trouble. He has to be careful.

He does this every game though.

if u could get him for Curry this summer, would u do it?

Brand IMO at his best and in shape is on Bosh's level. But there are injuries issues with him and weight problems that I have always been concern about.

That's not a superstar call. He got whacked. Superstar calls are for tacky touching fouls.

Gallo gets whacked a lot with out getting calls.

Some form of anti-Italianism, perhaps?

well his wife is filing for divorce so maybe he'd had enough just like AI's wife did? after a while u give a guy enough chances to turn his life around & he doesn't take advantage of the opportunity, u have to cut the chord... AI had a chance to turn his life around w/a second chance in Philly & i guess he chose to keep making the same mistakes... i think this is sad more than anything else... i don't think AI is portrayed as a villain here... more like a sad story of a once great ballplayer who may have pissed his career & marriage away on his vices.

Including turnovers.

Only reason Douglas got that pass down low is there was no one within 7 feet of him- even Al could not pass up on that pass.

definitely at his best he's easily at the top of the PF's in the NBA, but that contract is huge & he hasn't been playing up to par for the past couple seasons... dunno if i'd take a flyer on him at this point... maintaining that cap flexibility for 2011 might be the better option... unless of course we manage to land Lebron this summer, then all bets are off & i'd welcome Brand to NY w/open arms.

Could be a bias against European players due to flopping. Gallo doesn't really flop like a Manu but he could be lumped in by the officials.
