D'Antoni said it isn't his philosophy. If the coach tells you not to foul, I wouldn't think you aren't going to listen to him. This isn't new with him. It was a sore spot with the Suns as well. I recall that Laker series where they handed them the game by not fouling when Kobe hit that three.

It takes time off the clock when you are down. Gallo was acting if the Knicks were up not down and he shot a two not three. He should have drove the the lane or pass. Instead he was giving you a Nate special and killing the clock.

I think a couple of seconds is worth getting off a shot you are comfortable with.. don't you think? or how about jacking up a T-mac all brick special.. but hey, he saved a few seconds off the clock.. two more seconds that the raps had to run off before they left the floor..

I swear, this kid can't win with some of you guys..... this team hasn't developed a draft high draft pick in years, and it really shows in the comments of the fans....

I was talking about one possession. I didn't have a problem what he did overall in the game except that both he and Chandler didn't hit the boards enough. Is he not subject to criticism?

I understand what you are talking about, but it seems a bit nitpicky... thats all, I really don't know what he was supposed to do there... had he just quickly taken a shot and missed, there would be complaints about that.. it just seems like a no win situation..

I don't think he is that type of player at all. I think he would be suited watching Hedo. Dirk was looking to bang in the post his first year in the league even though he was getting abuse. Gallinari seems to want to avoid contact.

Does Hedo work out of the post though? I know Dirk get some points from there, seems like Hedo just works from the wing, but I haven't watched the Turkish Michael Jordan that much. I think Gallo should be working out of the post when he gets height mismatches -- which is a lot -- because even if he doesn't end up making a post move he can kick it out to someone on the strongside, which I feel like he did in the game against the Pistons. I could be wrong because I'm Allanfan'd.
