nyk4ever wrote:what i really want to see tonight is hill to come out and really play like a man. im not saying that in a negative way, but i never see the guy get angry and demand the ball.. i wanna see some passion from him.

you wanna try and trade me? watch this.

i think that's asking a bit much with all the trade rumors.

i can't tell if you're being facetious or not but this is my exact problem with hill. if the trade rumors are bothering him so much, how can we ever expect this guy to nail a shot when the game is on the line?

he's not that kind of player. and he's a rookie who has not yet been given a defined role. with trade rumors on top of everything else, i don't expect much from him. it's gotta be tough being a rook, 8th pick in the draft and being rumored to be shipped.

if he's not that kind of a player and trade rumors are going to bother him then i was exactly right in saying i wanted nothing to do with him before the draft. i don't need players with a low motor on this team.

i would love to see him get more minutes and i hope he proves me wrong because i think he's going to be here for a little while so i want him to play well. i just don't see it happening and i think little things like trade rumors bothering him only enforce the point to myself.

lol... dude i dunno how many games u've seen Jordan Hill play in but one thing he definitely DOES have is a motor... he's 1 of the more active bigmen prospects i've seen in a long time.

whats his deal then? he worried about those nasty trade rumors?

he's a young kid who's not used to having his name thrown around in trade rumors... guys who've been around like Al Harrington are better equipped to dealing w/that kinda stuff... this kid is only 22 for crying out loud.

Supposedly has a sore knee. Done for the night. Never saw him get hurt.
Hughes isn't even on the bench.
Hill played his usual couple minutes of clueless and hasn't played since.

And with this deadline looming it makes you WANT to draw a conclusion.

TommyDee, our favorite "This guy has no sources" insists that the TMac trade will get done. He has no doubt.

Well, we will see.

Deadline ends at 3pm. Teams that talked as much as the Knicks/Rockets are destined to talk, walk away, talk again, etc. So to see the "its going to happen" and then "trade dead" only to see talk start again is normal. Every trade goes like this. We've talked to Houston about Tmac for MONTHS.

Hill back in for another 4 minute stint before sitting out the rest of the game knowing Mike.

I don't care how raw he is if he's still a Knick come Friday he needs to play minutes.

He is. I wanted him as Lee's replacement in the draft.

Gallo looked good for a while - very good early on - then has had some bad plays since. Tired? Dunno.

I guess Gallo is now MDA new whipping boy. Don't mention the fact that it was Duhon's man and he just stepped out of the way.

Not for nothing but this game turned when Chandler picked up his fourth because of Lee's poor defense on Miller.
