Even if we don't get LeBron we're still sitting pretty. A **** load of cap space in 2010 with $18M more coming off in 2011. A couple of potential building blocks with Chandler & Gallinari. It's still a couple of years off, but, we're going to be in a good position to be championship material by the 2011-12 season.
No guarantees on the championship material, but I'm with you on this. Only NY fans would find a way not to be excited about that. When Chicago and Portland were in similar positions we whined about never being in that situation. And imagine how good this scenario looks if Gallo and Hill turn out to be players. In that case we would be in a GREAT POSITION!
