A warning for everyone:
A Vogue cover girl has won a precedent-setting court battle to unmask an anonymous blogger who called her a “skank” on the internet.

In a case with potentially far-reaching repercussions, Liskula Cohen sought the identity of the blogger who maligned her on the Skanks in NYC blog so that she could sue him or her for defamation.

A Manhattan supreme court judge ruled that she was entitled to the information and ordered Google, which ran the offending blog, to turn it over.

Ms Cohen, a tall, Canadian blonde who has modelled for Giorgio Armani and Versace, went to court after reading the wounding anonymous comments on Google’s Blogger.com.

She was actually called more than just a "skank," but that is the expression the news people have picked up on in their reporting.

Skanks in NYC no longer exists, by the way, so dont expect to get titillated by going to the site checking out the women who have been deemed skanks.

I think that the slander being thrown around here may just end up in a similar court action, with Andrew/Martin being forced to give up the names and addresses of the most egregious offenders.

I just don't want to see some of you have your desperate, pathetic, and dirty little lives exposed as your real identities are revealed in court.

I'm just worried.

Can't we all just get along??

DISCLAIMER: THE USE OF THE PHRASE "SOME OF YOU," IN CONJUNCTION WITH THE WORDS "DESPERATE, PATHETIC, AND DIRTY" DOES NOT IMPLY THAT ANY SPECIFIC MEMBER OF "ULTIMATE KNICKS.COM," HEREAFTER REFERRED TO AS "UK," IS BEING CATEGORIZED BY PALADIN55 AS DESPERATE, PATHETIC, OR DIRTY.

To me, gay people help out in 2 ways. And this is a HUGE way of helping out in life.

1) They contribute in NOT overpopulating this planet. Overpopulation, in my mind, is pretty much bigger than any other issue we face.

2) No f'in' joke. The more gay men the better. Just means a little less competition for the ladies.

And OBM, if you're not religious, why do you even care? I fail to understand why even religious people hate gay people (Aren't we supposed to forgive anyone and save judgement and let God do the judging?) so why do you care? I just showed why they help out.

PS: Lions don't have an overpopulation problem and the animal kingdom is different. Animals who are gay are going to be viewed as weak. Therefore, they don't have the ability to survive. The human brain is much different though, so gay men and women are just as strong. Heck, they are probably stronger than us b/c of all the crap they have to deal with, yet still live fulfilling lives.

LOL. Dude is out of his mind. I agree with Haywood. That is gay. I mean, I think even a homosexual would say what he did was gay. Not to bash being gay, but if you are supposedly not gay, you would not be dancing to Barbie Girl with no shirt on in front of a camera looking like a total idiot. That is something someone with no money might do to become famous. Someone who already is rich and famous should not be doing it.

Marbury sat out most of last season over $1-$2 million in buyout money and now he is screwing himself out of the $10-$15 million he could have earned over the rest of his career. No GM is going to sign him. Marbury's playing career in America is officially over.

Marbry isnt gay... he is so starved for love and acceptance he will take it from anyone and anywhere, even if they have a moustache. I have no doubt that he and Isiah were taking warm showers till the wee hours of the night

I'm surprised he hasn't hit up Burberry for endorsements.

I'm not quite sure I understand why someone saying they would be uncomfortable undressing around someone else is hateful or offensive.

Most straight guys are not uncomfortable undressing around a woman specifically because men tend to be sexually aggressive and are much stronger. If a woman made a sexual advance under those conditions they would be overjoyed, but if not, they could easily stop it .

Most women would be very uncomfortable undressing around a man. Not only are men typically more aggressive, they are stronger and "theoretically" could represent a threat.

A straight guy undressing in front of a gay man is in uncharted territory for him. He's not at all interested sexually, but the other guy "theoretically" could represent be a threat because he's also a strong dude.

Now, if we behave in a civilized manner, the guy should not be a threat to the woman and the gay guy should not be a threat to the heterosexual guy. However, there is nothing wrong or hateful about feeling awkward or uncomfortable when you are in an unfamiliar situation.

I have a good friend who is gay. I have hugged him and kissed him and have no fear of being turned gay by his magical gay powers. However I do not change in front of him. I'm not afraid of him. I'm just modest and don't change in front of women or gay men. I do not apologize for it and I don't thing Brendan or any body else should have to either.

The point Brendan was making (I think) was he wouldn't want to change in the locker room if he had a gay team-mate. Bip, if you were on a basketball team and had a gay team mate, are you saying you would not change in the locker room if he was there?

I would change in the locker room but would be very discrete. What would you do? Wave your ding a ling in his face? Gay men/Women are attracted to men. Some men are modest and would not want to be seen naked in front of either. Some men don't care and would welcome the opportunity to have anyone in the world see them naked. Neither is wrong

I think if you were openly gay or a woman talented enough to play in a widely heterosexual male environment you would have to anticipate that the locker room might be an issue.
