Man on the previous possession. They let 5 seconds run off the clock. They could have used that time.

93-98 game over. Game was close but lousy stinking D in the end became too costly. A good game Knicks could have won.

While we obviously need more talent and some better defenders, this game is a perfect example of how much this team also needs better shooters too. We're the 3rd worst shooting team in the league. If we had someone like Ray Allen at the 2G all year, I'm sure we'd be a plus .500 team at this point.

Cleveland is a very good defensive team. The Steve Logans Anthony Robersons of the world ain't going to get a good shot off. They aren't going to shoot so well when someone got a hand right in your face and up in your chest.

Why did Gallinari only play 6 minutes?

It was a good try but the Cavs are just too good defensively. Nate is the only one that shot well tonight (9-21).

Sideshow Bob hit two wide open layups down the stretch and was PISSED.

Cavs are 29-1 at home. Anyone remember the Shaq/Penny Magic team in '95? I beleive (and maybe TKF can verify it) they went 40-1. The Cavs have a real shot at that.

28-38. 1.5 out.

Nets and Sacto at home next. We can't lose EITHER of these games. Especially Sacto.

Hard to get mad at them for this game.

They kept fighting back and kept it close throughout. Definitely not satisfied with a moral victory here, but its really tough to get pissed at their performance tonight.

Turning point of the game was when Nate was hurt and lying on the floor. Those 5 on 4s killed us.

I think we got a fair good look at Nate at PG--I think that he is really bets suited for 6th man. It's his bets role and gives us a huge advantage versus other teams secondary units with what we can bring off the bench.

Funny thing, the Knicks are having some of their best games with Duhon out.

Man, MDA taking some not so subtle shots at Lee's defense.

There you go Isles. Nate was hurt on that play, MDA was screaming to foul but the team didn't listen.

Pavlovic was schooling Gallo. said enough is enough. I totally forgot about the rook in the 2nd half. Don't know if he would have made a difference unless he could pull some reggie miller-like 3s out of a hat in the last 2 mins of the 4th.....

Let me restate: we are 3rd worst in FG% as a team on the year. I'm not saying we would have won this game, though we definitely missed a bunch of wide open 3's. They had that one sequence where they missed 3 straight 3's while continuing to get offensive rebounds.

We lead the league in 3s attempted--how high is our FG% going to be? You would want to look more at efg with the Knicks.

Orlando is 2nd in 3s attempted and are 9th in the league in overall shooting.
