If these allegations turn out to be false the guy could end up being counter sued for Defamation as Curry will have to live with the allegations around his piers in the NBA. He could end up losing more then just the money Curry reportedly owes him.

The guy probably threaten Curry that he would come out with these types of accusations if Curry didn't pay him the money he owed him. Curry probably turned the guy down calling his bluff leading to him exaggerating stories in order to embarrass Curry and try to get the money Curry owes him.

Sounds like he really does owe the guy some money but wouldn't cough up the $98k because that's less money Curry gets to use on his Grocery Bill.

This is pure bs. Let me add that this happens a lot in the NBA. Players normally get extorted by someone (male/female) accusing them of doing a sexual act and threaten players that they will go public. Curry is a player that probably did not care if this EX-CON went public with this trash. Curry probably feels he could deal with this case rather than letting someone extort him for money. This situation with Curry happens more than people think. We all know the good side of being a star but there are many negative things that also come with the package.

Well, it's all over the news, the net now. Now that it's officially a story out there, all that has to happen now is it has to be dragged out in court and that's going to be awhile. Curry's going to have this hanging over his head until he is vindicated or found guilty of swinging the big fella in the same sex direction (you big ol' swinger you). Should be fun in the mean time. Ha, ha, ha!!!
I'll never trust this' team again.

Simple as this--if this is not true--in any way--and I give Curry the benefit of the doubt because this is obscene----Curry has to sue this guy for defamation and there has to be no collaboration on this other guy's side. There cant be anyone ELSE who says this is true or even part of it--especially the racist stuff.

But either way, it's funny as hell (not for Eddy). On the off chance that this is true, this is going to ruin Eddy's life.

The lawsuit is actually for 5M. It's 98K of back pay Curry supposedly reneged on.
The former driver for Eddy Curry is seeking $5 million from the Knicks' center in an explosive lawsuit alleging sexual harassment and racial discrimination, the driver's attorney told Newsday last night. After last night's Knicks game, Curry said he is "just shocked." His lawyer called it "extortion." The lawsuit states that Curry approached his driver, David Kuchinsky, in the nude on two separate occasions and "kept asking him to look and to touch him," said Kuchinsky's attorney, Matthew Blit. Blit also said the lawsuit alleges that Curry referred to Kuchinsky in racially offensive terms. "This is absolutely false," Curry said. "It's incredible. I can't even believe it."

Now it makes sense, since not only the guy suing but the lawyer need a big amount of money to play this game.

I think we can all be rather confident that Curry is going no where until this summer. No team wants to "touch" this. LOL.

P.S. - This is so out there, I have to believe that it is not true, but man, is it funny.

And in a disturbing episode reminiscent of some of the evidence in the manslaughter case against former Nets star Jayson Williams, Kuchinsky further claims in his suit that Curry pointed a "fully loaded" gun at him on at least two separate occasions to keep him from complaining about his treatment.
