I thought Walsh sent Isiah to scout Gallinari, I thought people on this board felt very comfortable in the fact that Walsh was in charge. Six months later and losing continues, now Isiah is still calling the shots. When D'Antoni was winning some games in November, people wanted to nominate him for Coach of the Year and talk about how the atmosphere changed under him. Now they are losing and it's Isiah's team. Good Grief.

i missed the part where i said i was no longer comfortable w/Walsh in charge... it's obvious to me that you never were comfortable with it to begin with... i don't see where i've ever wavered in my expectations w/this team... when Walsh was hired i said not to expect any big changes w/the roster Isiah left us with & nothing has really changed on that front... Walsh dumped 2 bad contracts & signed Duhon to a 2 year MLE deal... what did u expect to happen w/those moves? that we were gonna make the playoffs? i don't ever remember saying i ever expected anything more than 35 wins all season long, regardless of how well or how poorly they were playing.
this is not about absolving people of blame or not pointing fingers... it is what it is... i didn't expect much out of this team this year & so far that's exactly what we're getting... this is a long term plan that's been put into effect here & my sights are set on 2010, not the 2008 season.
