No one is going to want to play with this bunch of losers. Our only hope now are our picks in these coming years. If we dont hit it big, and I mean really big, we are going to be rebuilding for a very long time.

Please note: We need those players before 2010 to be ready for that years free agent class.
dude, u are making zero sense right now... the team's gonna have a few solid young players along w/this year's draft pick & enough cap space to sign 2 if not 3 big name FA's that year... this has been explained to you time & time again yet u wanna keep holding onto this doomsday mentality that we're royally fugged until the next millenium... if it makes u feel good to live ur life w/such a pessimistic attitude, be my guest... there is no one here, you & me included, that has any idea who will or won't be here in 2010... all we know is the Knicks now have options to target some players who can actually have an impact on this team's future, something we haven't had in a long, long time... now if that doesn't make u feel better about our future, then it is what it is... ur just coming off as ranting at this point just for the sake of ranting.
Dude, you just proved my point. Our only out is the draft picks.
Here's the problem, if we lose David Lee and Nate Robinson, the championship level player we are going to try to convince to come here is going to see a team in the Knicks with a losing record and one bright spot who is a draft pick the Knicks got. That is a rebuilding situation. Would you want to go to a team like that? The only reason a player would say yes to that is for the money and that is what everyone is getting caught up over. A player like LeBron James, as much as anyone loves money, will choose going with a team that has an actual chance to win a championship, not a rebuilding situation. But, I can scream this from the rooftops and if no one will listen then we have no choice then to be utterly disappointed in the summer of 2010.
