You could almost hear Breen kick Clyde under the table when Clyde said Gallo's back issues were not a good sign.

I know. So funny. Breen had to clear his throat.

Gimmie a break. You love putting your own little spin on anything Gallinari-related. So funny. If you listeneed carefully and not just to the stuff you want to hear, Clyde said he should go to the D-league 'cause it's the only way he can catch up. Breen said they want to keep him close so the medical staff can keep an eye on him - In other words, shipping him off to Reno, Nevada is too far away & not a good idea. Can't understand how we have a D-League affiliate so far away anyway. Maybe that's why they wanna bring a team home to Harlem. Makes sense..

LOL, so I "misremembered" the part about Clyde talking about having a bad back at the age of 19? Ok.

With such a blowout, in a preseason "tinkering with lineups" game, why on earth would you not go the full mile here?

Yeah, what Finestrg is only referring to is their conversation before what we were discussing.

Knicks coming back against the likes of Scalabrine and O'Bryant.
Thank you, Rick Brunson.

You're just a hater bro. Funny most people hate guys that give no effort, are overpaid or just plain suck. You hate a guy who hasn't played a game yet. What do you base your hatred on pal? The fact that the poor kid hurt himself? Your opinions on this kid are fugazier than Tim Thomas....HAHA!!!

Ah, we're reverting to the Isiah style of basketball. Utilize dismal lassitude to lull the opponent to sleep and then surprise their bench with a late run, after they already took their sneakers off.

Hate? OMG. Yeah I'm hater. Feel better? I hate the fact that my team sucks and continue to support injury riddle players. I been hearing how this guy was suppose to be Bird like, I never thought they meant the Bird from 1993. I hate that.

Who said he was the next Larry Bird?? Not me. I did mentioned recently (in an argument with you actually on another thread) that Bird, much like Gallo, wasn't the most impressive physical specimen you've ever seen yet that never stopped him from excelling in every area - point was that a chiseled body doesn't necessarily equal a good basketball player and I was implying that such a fact should be applied to Gallinari as well. Nobody knows what Gallo is yet - HE'S A PROSPECT. But you're crazy if you don't see that he's got skills to help the Knicks. Anyone who fails to realize that fact and refuses to move forward with this kid with an open mind is a hater as far as I'm concerned.. Bird was one of the greatest players ever. No disputing that fact. Other than body type and brute strength, no comparision was ever made between the two - not by me.

Any word on Chandler?

Sprained ankle.

Looks like it was the left knee, not the ankle.

His outside shooting and overall offensive ability would've come in very handy in all of our losses in the pre-season so far, specifically in the two losses that we shot the ball poorly from the outside - the loss at Toronto and tonight's loss against the Celts. I'm not stupid enough to say he's Larry Bird, but it's clear he's got skills to help the Knicks when things aren't going well for the team offensively.

The main reason they lost, and didn't for the first time score 100 or more is because:

4-33 from the 3-PT. line for a .129 shooting %.

If they would have hit at least three more and a regular shot, then we win!

I'll never trust this' team again.

I'm watching the game now......what a boring ass game!

The Knicks looked tired and disinterested. The Celtics looked hungry. They were hitting tons of shots....lots of them thanks to the Knicks not matching up intensity.

I'm at half time now.....i dunno if i can watch the second half.

A couple of those threes were really bad ones, Malik and DLee should never shoot from three and Q-brick there is no words.
