IT'S FINAL... WE MUST GET RID OF CURRY!!! THIS IS THE LAST NAIL IN THE COFFIN!!!

This team looks so much more comfortable playing like this.

nix, I may not be quite as strongly in agreement with you but I have been thinking that as well.

What I was thinking during the Lakers game when we were playing well, with Nate running the show and no Curry, was that the team reminded me of the Summer League style that worked very well for us. What you could see was that the Lakers were still superior, and a lot of that is because they have Kobe, but for a team with no superstar talent we played pretty well for the most part, and have lately without Curry and Steph.

Tonight I was thinking, similarly, imagine if the Knicks only had the young guys, and maybe a few of the other players, what would the team be like, and how would our perspective change.

Can Eddy and Q became chronically sick forever?

OOPS
Sorry... They already are...

Francis, Marbs, Curry, Q? Cancer!

It's over man! You can't watch this team and not come to the conclusion that this team is not made for playing with a guy like Curry. It's just too much of a sacrifice of every other players game to slow it down and force feed the post just to get him involved. On D the team can rotate and recover so much better. The ball can move and everyone plays more freely. I don't hate Curry, but he's the odd man out. Isiah obviously made a HUGE mistake in bringing him here with a group of players that don't fit the style of play he would need to be successful as the focus of the team. IF he had brought in players to fit around him ie shooters and good post feeders, maybe it could've worked, but as the bulk of the team is full of quicker more up tempo players, it just doesn't work.

Why Marbs and Zack story is different?
Same mistake over and over again....
Isiah is like a kid.
Get toy, broke it, get new toy, broke it...
And Dolan is writing checks....

Yeah this is true, but you're missing the other point. The Knicks other players work pretty well together. Once given a chance to play these guys are again doing what they always did. Bring energy and hustle. Now tho Nate is more mature and able to run plays and still is just at dynamic, but under control. I actually liked Curry's power game but I was looking for Isiah to add more perimeter shooting and a PG who could feed the post better. Without making those moves the team remained out of synch and we had to hope that the guards to change their style enough to make it work.

It was always noticeable how the team played much better when Curry went out of the game and the team would start to catch up in games we fell behind in. The Steph, Q, Zach & Curry group got us off to slow start after slow start. I think this team is better off using our young energy players for more minutes, which isn't anything new, cuz many of us have been saying this for years now.
