Guys honestly. Have you ever seen a player turn around like Eli has turned around in the last month? It's absolutely amazing the way he's playing.

Well TMS, it's looks like the Giants heard my request for 'another chance'. I was a doubter, but now I'm a beleiver and if they can't get that last game in, they certainly made me proud.
I'll never trust this' team again.

So, I'm visiting an old girlfriend in DC next weekend, and my dad sent me this email:
You are very lucky that the super bowl is not next weekend!

And he's right... I totally would have blown her off on Sunday to watch that game. Maybe we would have went to a party together, but I'd pay her no attention whatsoever on Sunday. Lucky indeed.

let's not shortchange the awesome job the defense has done along w/the emergence of Bradshaw & Hixon... those kids are real energizers for this team that we haven't had for a while.

Yep. COREY WEBSTER! Holy crap, he went from inactive bust to playmaking starting corner in a flash!

they made me damn proud too bro... at this point i wanna get greedy & play spoiler to the Pats' perfect season, but even if they lose i will still take pride in what they accomplished this season

imagine a NY team overcoming adversity, negative media coverage, injuries to several key players & internal turmoil to be on the cusp of winning it all... perhaps our Knicks can take some lessons out of all this... all it takes is a will to do it & a whole lotta heart

Jesus, that game was nuts.

The Giants tried to give it away and there was some serious home-cooking down the stretch from the refs.

Props to Tynes for making the 3rd field goal. He should have made the first one though.

Manning was very good. I would say the defense was even better down the stretch.

oohah

Good luck Mike D'Antoni, 'cause you ain't never seen nothing like this before!

Funny how Rivers and Eli making to conf finals the same year.

Eli with pedigree made for a nice run when the chips are down.

Draft those kids when we can!!!!!

Hixon was awesome. Tuck was a monster. Webster had the one huge mistake, but was a force otherwise. Both running backs played awesome and the line was outstanding. The Burress was just a god damned stud, what a monster game. I'm so happy he's on this team.

The only negatives were McQuarter's sloppy play (but at least they were game-changing attempts) and Tyne's missed field goals (but at least he nailed the game winner).

I mean, Tyne's hits those FGs, McQuarters blows it open, and Umenyiora gets that strip... holy ****. The game isn't even close...

Good call Des. CWebb has been just as good as Eli.

I'm still in shock, I cant believe the Giants are in the damn super bowl

So did Toomer... I would have loved more consistency from those two though.

I'm probably being to critical of the win, but the Giants have some work to do if they are going to beat the Patriots. But as we all know, "you play to win the game"

man, Toomer was driving me nuts w/a couple of those dropped passes today... but he made up for it on that huge diving catch that sustained 1 of our drives.

he better step up in 2 weeks tho... good news is it won't be cold weather in Glendale.

I haven't been watching football much, but I caught the second half. Great game, and great win for the Giants.

That Toomer catch with his body fully extended as his feet dragged in bounds? Magnificent! He was having a terrible game catching up to that point.

To his credit he did give some supurb blocking last night.

Smith was scared to get hit all night. One play he had a catchable ball slip out his hands cuz he was too concerned about a hit coming his way. He actually cringed. Anybody see that? Anyway he came through in the end.

Im bout to buy me a Giants jersey. I can't believe it but why not?

Go Giants!
