What's needed now is a good pep-talk. Isiah needs to get these players feeling good about themselves. I wonder if ice cream is allowed during time-outs?

Q was getting into it with someone as they went to commercial. Isiah looked like he was yelling at Q, but that couldn't be since we all know it's time to be positive. That's what coaching is all about.
