To all of you guys who keep trying to make this about me and my support of the TEAM, you've got it all wrong. I STILL KNOW that this team can play much better than this. Don't mistake my anger at what Isiah is doing with the team for a change in my opinion about the roster itself.

Isiah has lost his handle on the team and we keep getting embarrassed, that shows me that it's over and Isiah needs to go. I never said anything about the team needing to be destoyed or my giving up on them. I spoke about the coach. Please read what I wrote and stick to that.

Further Trueblue, Basketball and Codeunknown, I don't owe you or anyone else a damn thing. For what should I apologize? For supporting the team? Don't try to make this about me. This has nothing to do with me. Stick to commenting on the team and Isiah. This is where threads get off track when *******s like you and a couple of others who try to make this personal and go after posters when the team does poorly.

We've got the Sixers right where we want them. They'll be overconfident now.

You guys are overlooking the holiday traffic in the city as well. It can be brutal.

i think there was a big holiday sale at Macy's the other night that may have had a residual effect... plus all those sunglass vendors clogging up sidewalk traffic probably didn't help matters.

Clyde said we deserve to get boo'd tonight.

Dolan best be handing Clyde his pink slip tonight that's unacceptable talk from the Knick Legend.

Isiah has to go! I'm tired of watching this team underachieve and look lost. There's no motion to the offense. We need to see more penetration and passing. More picks and curls and back cuts. I mean we watch this team run the exact same play the exact same way over and over again and it's so easy for opposing teams to defend it. If the team runs some successful plays their energy would pickup. This guy just sits there and watches and does nothing.

We all know this isn't a great team, but I can watch this and not think that a lot of this is bad coaching. I don't understand what has happened to Isiah. The offense had so much more to it and he seems to be dumbing it down for some reason.

My point is this. If you have guards who can penetrate at will, like Steph, Jamal and Nate and even Jones, why are we not setting more picks and looking for more penetration and kick offense or pick and roll or Pop. Zach would do well in a pick and pop scenario. When the offense is stagnant cuz we're trying to force it into Curry or Zach all we end up with is TO's and bad shots.

What you fail to realize is that Isiah has faced a lot of obstacles since training camp. Zach and Marbs have missed some games. There's been turmoil. We all knew it would take time for Zach 'n Eddy to mesh. No one SAID this would be a championship team. So why are you expecting that now? Why is that Scott Skiles should still be allowed to coach and not Isiah? Some fans on this board think that Isiah should go but I don't think they really have the stomach for what would happen afterwards. If we can win 2 out of the next 3 games, I believe the season can turn around in a hurry.

Thanks for pointing this out. I can't believe these fair-weather fans wanna give up on this team as soon as there is a little diversity. Isiah has put together a good team here, but they've HAD some rough times, and things have been real weird this year. But I still believe that Isiah has a plan. He's brought some good players here, and we're younger than we were. Also, we lost a year with Larry Brown, so it seems to me that we're right on schedule.

As soon as the dust settles, Isiah will right the ship and get this team back on track.

Well said, BasketballJones. I'm glad there are still fans who love this team. I will ALWAYS be a fan and root for MY team. There are too many posters who call themselves fans but lose faith as soon as the team loses a few games. Can you HONESTLY say that this team has played its best ball? This team is just starting to learn to play together. Chandler hasn't gotten ANY burn yet. Renaldo is STILL recovering from the "Balkman is white" thread. Things have been real weird. But when the dust settles, I hope that they will be less weird. And I sense that they will be.
Sh-t in the popcorn to go with sh-t on the court. Its a theme show like Medieval times.

The Knicks have their "Energy" guys in and the Sixers are still getting wide open 3 pointers and uncontested dunks.

If these guys don't feel like playing and getting back on defense, why doesn't Isiah play Morris or Chandler?

If Larry Brown had buried Frye, Lee and Nate the way Isiah does those guys, he would have been blamed for everything.

I agree let's play everyone but Curry, Randolph, Marbury, Crawford and Q. Let's make them inactive and the last 3 guys on the bench. This is DISGUSTING! I have had it. I am joining the darkside.

Crawford? Nate has been doing it for the last quearter and a half.

There isn't a better garbage time player in the NBA than Nate.
