Seems like we like a whole lot of our young players. Nate's pretty much unstoppable when he plays this way--- like a smaller, denser version of Iverson. He gets to the free throw line almost at will.

The main thing he should be working on is not his PG skills (running an offense), but on his on-ball defense. If he could hound opposing PGs all the way up the court the way Mugsy Bogues did, he'd be a tremendous asset. Sure, taller players will ALWAYS be able to get their shots over him, but the he needs to be able to neutralize the slashers & harass the shooters so they give up the ball. He has the athleticism to do this, at least I think he does.

At his less than ideal size, he needs to do something on the defensive end to help justify his minutes on the floor.

That's what I heard too. But misunderstandings like this will always happen as long as Balk has a little Pootie Tang to him.
