I have a question. If Isiah made frye the focus of this teams offense,do you think the knicks would be better off. Do you also think frye's post game would be developed along a little further? just curious to see how you guys feel?

Before teams started double teaming Curry, I would definitely say no. Curry was simply unstoppable one-on-one. However, teams are now doubling him on a regular basis and he is still having trouble passing out of the double team. I think Frye, while not as dominate, can be a fairly effective scorer down low and he is a better passer out of the double team. Would the Knicks be better off is hard to say, but I do think that the team could survive running the offense through Frye. I think Frye needs to bulk up 10-15 more pounds before he is strong enough to consistently score in the post against some of the better defenders in the league.

what worries me is not the bad passes curry makes, but the open guys he never sees. I think he can improve, but at much as he gets doubled, he needs to become a very good passer, just not adequate.

You need to be versatile on offense. If he's not gonna become a shooting threat or a dribbling threat, he's going to have to be a great passer. Shaq's had great success and his offense consists of nothing but low-post scoring and excellent passing.

Shaq comparison may be out of place. He can create his own shot much more regularly than Curry can...not to mention, Diesel got handle!

Shaq is the man. His attitude and personality just make it so easy to watch the guy because while he's busting his butt to win every game, the guy just has a great time while doing so on the court and I'm sure he's a great influence for his younger teammates with his attitude(unless your name is Kobe that is)

He doesn't normally dribble in games. He creates his own shot with good low post moves (basically like Curry only better).

Most of the time, you're right, it is low post moves, but he does have cross over moves and such he uses every so often to keep the defense modest.
Although I'm not sure how he made it into the Curry comparison. Shaq is one of the all time greats. Whatever people think of Curry's potential means squat right now. He has to warrant some of these comparisons with his play.
