Francis and his scapegoat story is not a good sign. I mean, are the fans or reporters blaming him? I don't think so, sounds like this stuff is coming from the locker-room.

Then you have Eddy sitting by his locker for 40 minutes telling Jamal "they wont give me the ball. I miff you, dawg. sob, sob..."

Frye hasn't stood on solid ground all year. Isiah doesn't seem to like Nate. Mardy gets short shrift even with Jamal out. Lee and Jamal don't trust the doctors.

Isiah admitted team chemistry was abysmal last year and I'm sure he's done all he can to better it this year but I don't think they're over the rainbow in that club house. I suspect the timing of Isiah extension was partly an attempt to quell some unrest. I also expect something of a shake-up of the roster over the summer. Maybe not a huge one, but I could certainly see Francis (buyout) and Nate gone pretty quick. Others might be moved if only they could.

I don't like the blame Francis stuff either. Not that it is not his fault because the guy has absolutely no concept of team basketball and is a turnover waiting to happen, but I don't want the locker room becoming fractured. Changes will be made this summer and not only because of Francis. As everyone knows, we need to address the PF and SG situations and could use an upgrade at SF unless Balkman develops a jumpshot over the summer. This will be an interesting summer.

it's called shift of focus/deflection. right now, it's all francis' fault. before it was the fans, the refs, the schedule, etc. now it's on francis.

I've never liked Francis' game, but the guy was snookered from the get go. Hard to expect the guy to fit in when when the coach and face of the franchise hold press conferences to tell us he wasn't really wanted, and many blame the low production of the confused, disgruntled and out of shape face of the franchise on having to play with Francis.

This team is such a collection of punks and Divas.

I ask all of you: who on this team is not in some way a fugazy?

I'll start. Balkman, Lee and Malik. All of them have Hail-Marys for jumpers, but what they do give you they give you consistently and without drama and excuse. I'd like to be able to add Q to the list but his back makes him too inconsistent for my standards.

Other's have some interesting attributes, but even cubic zirconia shines - still it's fugazy defined.

Keep preachin Blue, keep preachin!

I think you are spot on with the Francis stuff. The guy was brought here and then has to listen to constant crap about how he was never wanted here to begin with and that the only reason he was brought here was because the guy who wanted him was "senile." How would you play after all that?

I think your fugazy assessment works as well. I'd like to add Mardy Collins to that list that you compiled as well. These are the guys I'd like to keep on this team but the problem is, you can't build around any of these guys, not even Lee. The only way you can get players to build around is by trading the non-fugazy guys. Thats the problem.

Good post blue, but who created this enviornment? who brought francis in? who got nate? who has elevated curry at the expense of frye? who hired this cracker jack doctor? Isiah did, Isiah did, Isiah did, and Isiah did..... I don't care about Isiah making a shake up unless he purges this team of his signature moves, and that is curry, crawford, marbury francis and James. But we all know he hitched his wagon to the fat ass and fragile mind of curry, and the unbridledness of crawford, who cares about moving a few insignificant pieces.. It is like falling into a stink pile of shyt and then going home and changing just your shoes, as if that is going to make you smell better..

inexcusable, the hornets are a cow dung team, we are up 18 and we crack under pressure..

How is it that our help defenders leave their man open to help on a penetrator and not only are they not even in position to help the ball handler but they are too far from their man..... This has been a problem for two year now..

wasted a good effort by frye..

this season is over for me. This team is a got damn joke

This team needs a complete enema

I am joining isle fan, I can see why he is so bitter, this is a half ass organization with extrememely flawed players who don't have a got damn clue..

I am out..

I could care less, actually I hope we get our asses reamed by the raptors sunday, then again on tuesday, so we can stop this BS playoff talk... this team can no longer fool me......

they can kiss my Ass!!!

Karate James showing up drunk with flip flops on to practice again wouldn't be bad either. And maybe Nate can have fight over a 10 dollar bet instead of his 2 bet like last year.
