Can we trade woods yet?
Alan Hahn: Nate Robinson has been on a ridonkulous scoring tear lately (remember when he couldn't hit Jerome James with a Big Mac in early January?)

My predictions

Francis will be a Knick.
Kmart will be a Knick. If this guy can get healthy he is the right player for the team. If they can swing a Watson in there, that would be ideal.

Francis/Qrich
Marb/Watson/nate
Rose/Q2
Kmart/Frye
Curry/Frye/James

this is too funny.

first it's you can't rebuild in ny.
then it's we're rebuilding.

and now, we're looking at potential trades for francis and kmart while giving up some young players and picks.

too funny.

nothing happened yet so there's no need to get crazy about it but man, do they ever just tell the truth?

at the end of the day I will root for whoever has New York across their chest but to give up Crawford, Ariza, AND Lee is absolutely HORRIBLE

giving up lee may be horrible, but giving up ariza and crawford is a dream come true.

Why does a dog lick his balls?

Cuz he can.

We entering the supreme Starphuch of all times!

And we are taking the bait.

Stevie Francis and marbury together is just bizzare.

In freaking insane. This might be the dumbest thing.

And to think if he plays good his value goes up?

And if not, he becomes untradable!

Another deadline is better than any game.

NY Times: Francis to Knicks more likely than not.

If we get KG and Francis, everyone in New York will be too distracted to realize we missed the playoffs.

Why is Marbury and Francis any more bizarre than Marbury and Crawford?

I think they can work together in the same backcourt. If the knicks traded for Ray Allen instead of francis, know one would say, Allen and Marbur can't work together. Yet, Ray Allen averages about 2 ast for is career. But you don't worry about Allens ast because he's a SHOOTING GUARD, and you dont expect your shooting guard to be a play maker.

When and if Francis comes here, he will be a shooting guard. But, he'll be a shooting guard who has more ability than any other shooting guard in the league to make plays like a pg can. Francis role would be to shoot, like Allens role would be, like crawfords role was/is.

Obviously Marbury would have to pull the reigns back on his game a little, but he would have to do the same for any highly coveted shooting guard who came here.

Plus with the new rules, (no hand checking) it will be hard to keep Marbuyr and FRancis out of the paint.
Plus Francis gives you a better alternative at the point than crawford ever was.

Maybe the solution is to stop paying attention to what a GM tells the media?
