Well, I'm just tuning in on Audio League Pass....I have to say I didn't expect 39 points in the first.....by either team. Are the Hawks hitting incredible, unguardable shots or are the Knicks playing playground defense?

Phil if you bring a manager, with an exceptional track record, in where you work to lead a team that has been having a lot of problems and he has no power to fire employees. If he hasn't fixed the problem in 2 months is it his fault?

This problem shouldn't be lingering. Defenese is about wanting to, and know what to do. The coach has to drill that perimeter D into them, they're not gonna just suddenly figure it out without good coaching.

But it's more then coaching. Again Larry has proved he can coach D. THere is not a single player playing today on the Knicks who has proved he can play D - ever. Shouldn't you take historic performance into account at least a little bit before deciding a hall of fame coach who has proven his ability is more at fault then the players - who have not under ANY coach.
