i think most did not expect them to win the title in year 1.

amongst all of the adversity and hateration from many fans they managed to get to the finals.

yes, they did not succeed, and will need to work on things, but i fully expect them to be in the finals next year, unless another team does something to change my mind, which i don't see just yet...

meanwhile...

guess we'll have to do without ball for who knows how long now...

i'm expecting another 50 game season...

I think the Miami offense got exposed. Heat have trouble scoring in half court sets. Lebron needs to learn to play off the ball. Wade needs to work on his jumper.

You cant run down the court and run ISO's everytime.

Agreed. When the season started, most didn't have the Heat getting by the Celts, let alone winning thw whole thing. We all knew the Heat had major holes in the middle, at the point and were thin on the on the bench. Looking at the East, I see no reason why they wont get back next year.

Good point, I was surprised how easy it was to shut Lebron down on drives to the rim in a halfcourt set. It wasn't the case when he was with Cleveland. Their inside game was crapola. Wade seem to lose confidence when it was clear that LeBron wasn't going to show up again.
