Any green thumbs on here? Tomato plants have started producing the last couple of weeks. Almost forgot how good tomatoes can be.

Evidence that LLMs are reaching a point of diminishing returns — and what that might mean

I'm excited at the prospect of the spinoff series:Around the World and Back with Tyland Lannister. I gotta admit, I like better when Helana's prophecies are less direct. My only real gripe with the season finale is where it ended. As a book reader I'm kinda excited because they did drop some nuggetd about some cool future happenings. But I can imagine anyone not familiar with what's being set up being disappointed. Good news is that Dunk and Egg is coming up. I've only read the first two, but they are superior to the source material of HotD.

It was going really well and then left us hanging as they did.
That was disappointing but this season really did slow down and that made it more enjoyable.
I read they had renewed the series for season 3, which looked like we had previews already?

Is this season two a split? Meaning there are more episodes staggered? Or we have to with some 18 months for the 3rd.

My brain kept thinking HOTD was on tonight. Last week just didn’t register as a season finale.

Looks like season 3 is expected in about 2 years.

Time to cancel Max I think.

I'm cancelling after their final NBA season. Maybe I'll change my mind after the penguin and Bene Gesserit series.

Slow Horses with Gary Oldham on Apple TV is excellent. Short 6 episode series with a great British cast.
He heads up a unit of MI5 agents who have been demoted out of the shiney HQ to a dingy location. He is dirty, greasy dude with brilliant dialog.

Watched the director's cut of part 1 and 2 of Zach Snyder's Rebel Moon. Liked it. Reminded me of Roger Corman's Battle Beyond the Stars.

Just started watching the series Fallout. Lots of fun, very bloody! Not for kids. Just overgrown kids lol.

Furiosa.

Watching this is a chore.

I’ve stopped it twice so far. Maybe I’ll finish it tomorrow, or never.

Off-season is too long.

Go the Alpha health route and exercise instead of Furiosa

Wait, which emoji is appropriate?

I had the opposite experience. I thought the first two-thirds went by quickly and the final act kinda dragged. I caught it in theaters and I think that helped. Watching at home might be tougher. Anyway, I would definitely recommend.

In four full months of doing consistent weight lifting 2-4 a week I have completely changed my appearance. My upper body is getting muscular like it hasn't been since I was in my twenties. Only drawback is doing a deadlift led to a herniated disk and a bulging disk. I have numbness in both feet. Going to s chiropractor and spinal decompression has helped and I hope to recover without surgery in a few months. I been diagnosed with Parkinson's and I hope to get muscular before symptoms make that impossible. If I am going to go out one day meekly I am going to fight it as long as I can. Take care of your health it's really something you can't take for granted.

I was surprised that so much screen time was devoted to the young furiosa. Ana Taylor Joy got relatively little screen time, considering the billing. Thought the stunts were awesome though, took it up a notch.

M***** f***er! Sorry to hear that Alpha. Why can't life just be easy?!?

Impressive dedication to the weight lifting.

Herniated and bulging discs can be a real bitch. Make sure to listen to your body moving forward to avoid further injury.

Stand tall. Sit tall. Avoid tight hamstrings, they can wreak havoc on your back.

Sometimes those discs can shrink over time, alleviating pain and numbness.

I wish I didn't know any of this!

At 42 I had two ruptured discs in my neck. Got close to hang fusion done but was able to keep the numbness away thru cardio workouts.
took two years but the disc material worked itself out.
Getting oxygenated blood to the area thru tractions, message, and cardio did the trick.
And.......it helped when I had my first heart attack 5 years later!
No two discs or experiences are alike. Be careful with Chiropractors and also with orthopedic surgeons. They are surgery happy. I was under the care of a neurosurgeon who was the only one I'd let operate. No need for it.
I have other issues, but thats for another day.......

Stay focused and keep trying!

I thank you for the kind response. I will stand tall and stretch the hamstrings. I will do the best I can as long as I can, I will be my own coach Thibs.
