you know what i mean. big baby is called big for a reason. he is like, 5 worlds away physically from that child. how can such a large person not realize what a mere nudge from him onto a small kid can do?

you know, why don't they just move the front court seats back.

if you think about the problem here, its not only that an enormous athlete nearly killed a bystander, it seems that the true problem is that fans are allowed to sit too close. would another 6 feet really hurt??

If BIg Baby went for a loose ball in the crowd he could kill someone.

Let BIg Baby apologize and sign a few things and pat the little brat on the head. Its no big deal. Just good promo for a big NBA season ticket holder. The guy is just looking for attention. Florida is full of wussies.

It ain't like the kid got knocked upside the head and is "special" like Marbury now.

the threat of serious injury or even death is still there, i think. how long must this go on before the front seats are moved back? i think david stern needs to consider this dilemma in light of the big baby incident.

i think serious injury or death would make for a lot of publicity, and that's only going to be good for the league. i'm in favor of it.

Exactly. If Big Baby dived into the stands and landed in the stands the kids would have cool story to tell his friends. The kid and his dad are trying to stretch part of their 15 minutes of fame.

WALTHAM, Mass. (AP) - Boston Celtics forward Glen Davis has apologized for bumping a 12-year-old boy while celebrating his game-winning shot against the Orlando Magic.

Davis said Tuesday he didn't see the boy as he turned and ran to the Celtics bench to celebrate his 21-foot jumper that gave the Celtics a 95-94 win over the Magic on Sunday. It tied the second-round playoff series at 2-2.

Video of the play shows the 6-foot-9, 289-pound Davis ducking behind a referee and stepping out of bounds before bumping the boy and knocking off his hat.

The boy's father wrote the NBA office demanding an apology.
