Wall was great ...He found his teammates..He mixes it up, shooting and passing..He isn't selfish..I still think he plays too fast at times but it growth..Beal and Wall will be very good for a long time to come...Indy is in trouble ..

Bad shooting but made everyone better. He was setting everyone up and protecting the ball very well. I was actually really impressed with his defense. I think that he was a +24 with a few minutes to go (before Indiana went on a bit of a meaningless run).

Beal and Ariza were excellent.

You complain that Melo had nobody. Who did Noah have this year?

He is a great leader, DPOY (deserved (not like Tyson)), great passer ...

To truly appreciate what he brings you need to not just look at PPG.

Well Augustine was better than Felton and Gibson was better than any other Knick..But Thibs just goes hard in the regular season..He runs his players into the ground..Deng now looks like an old man..Noah will be there in two/three years..

But since everyone plays hard in the playoffs, what will he do different in the playoffs ?

Did you mean that he will be gone? I think that Thibs is gone before him. Noah is a cult hero in chicago.

Here is a great article that I really liked about Noah:

http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1967883-joakim-noahs-value-to-chicago-bulls-present-and-future-cant-be-understated

If D Rose comes back decent, they are in pretty good shape.

If they add Melo, they are in really good shape.

If they Amnesty Boozer, they have 19 million to spend.

They will be fine.

Chicago ran into a very underrated team in washington. Chicago has a horrible team outside of Noah. Boozer is a disaster, Gibson was pretty good but lets not go crazy, Hinrich is almost as bad as Felton, Butler regressed, DJ was a surprise ..., it was all Noah.

The dude had 13 assists in one game and triple doubles! He does whatever it takes.

I don't know, maybe I am biased. Noah has always been my favorite player in the league. I love what he brings to every game, he leaves it all out there every night.

He is a top 3-5 mvp candidate this year on top of his DPOY.

I didn't have Chicago winning this series..U need talent and stars in the playoffs..
So No, Thibs will run Noah into the ground in two/three years..MDA ran Amare into the ground..Rose has two injured knees..Deng has slowed..Coaches who run their teams hard in the regular season has to come up with something other than hard play in the playoffs..Everyone wants it in the playoffs..

I picked Washington because they are the better team. They actually have a team.

Maybe you are right about Thibs, many people have this opinion. Doesn't that make you even more impressed with Noah? You have me sold.

And how did this end up about Melo? Didn't this start with Westbrook?

It's always about Melo even when it's not. I think you can argue for Noah this year but going forward I also worry about him. He is nearly the same age as Melo and has foot problems and other issues. He just had surgery last week. He needs his minutes reduced and a better back up.

Wash is really interesting to watch. They have the young explosive backcourt with essentially a bunch of old guys or retreads... Ariza, Gortat, Nene, Gooden, Dre Miller. I cant see the Pacers winning this series. Wash is too big to grind out wins against.

Funny guys mention Noah and Melo. Both are incomplete players and probably perfect fits for each other. Both take a physical beating... both of their careers will end up being defined by who they play with.

Yup, but those retreads are stepping up. Ours disintigrate before the playoffs. The Wall Beal backcourt is fun to watch.

Hibbert should be sent home. IDK, you would think that he would grab more boards by random luck. I know he has disappeared before but Hibbert is breaking new ground in futility.

he has worked on his game so big props to him. he has a midrange shot now and is an eager and tenacious defender. his growth has been tremendous and it shows. he is a legit two-way playe and his physical conditioning is superior.

last night his usage to assist ratio was 0.5 to 1.0 which is legitimate pass-first point guard territory. it's great to see a young player evolve like this.

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

Wiz backcourt is getting sicker and sicker!!!!

Hibbert got that Eddy, Yinka Dare, and Jerome James kind of thing. Big men with athletic ability but are playing for the money but don't love the game. They might not even like it! IM just using these guys as examples and Im sure there have been many more.

They get labeled as not having "heart" but not every one 7 foot tall has the pain threshold. Being tall and having the ability locks these guys into a career that requires near obsession to be at the top of the profession. It brings on depression and its a real burden to some of these guys.

Im just guessing this is Roy Hibbert, but I really don't know. The money, fame, and lifestyle that comes with it is attractive no doubt, but deep down if its not in you, its a cage.

Noah has a coach who knows what he's doing. You cannot even begin to compare the Knicks coaching to the Bulls coaching this season.

Yea someone also said john wall was overrated. He's really progressing nicely as a p and his shot is much better

Wizards are legit..Washington's backcourt is better and scary...Ariza was actually hold George...Ariza has length and a good defender..George isn't an insane offensive presence, so can be held in check...Nene/Gortat is much better than the alternative...They are in trouble from the talent aspect...In trouble from the heart aspect...In trouble, period...This ain't ATL...

He cheats on defense and so does Westbrook..These two guys should and could be so much better..They need better coaches to grow them...Larry Brown, Doc Rivers, Popovich with Westbrook and Wall could be insane..
