The Triangle only has so much value

Not that it's a bad system but it's not always the right system

Well the Celtics got back a 2017 & 18 2nd rounder for Wright, but everyones pretending it's a 2015 first. It's actually the Twolves pick, which is 1-12 protected in 2015 (so the Twolves will keep it), and again 1-12 protected in 2016, so again the Twolves will keep it. After that it gets converted into second rounders.

The price of what would have otherwise been a low first

If it was OKCs is 2 2nds, mixed with cash probably buys you into a 1st rounder

Bulls might want to start discussing the idea

Of trading Derrick Rose, I think after this season ends

It's time for them to strike while the iron is hot

I really would be curious to see what they could get for him. It would be interesting.

They are not trading him after his first year back from several injuries. The hometown kid will never be traded plus Noah might go in the F.O. and start slapping cats. lol.

He's untradeable- his body has broken down, and he's had to change his game. He doesn't drive to the basket as much, and shoots more three's- the problem is he's a poor shooter and driving to the basket was his main strength.

Clips about to trade for Austin Rivers. Terrible idea- coaches should not coach their sons in the nba. And Doc is essentially their GM too- how the hell do you do contract negotiations in the offseason with your son?

Hawks bomb the Wiz by 30! They swept their west coast trip which included beating the Clips and Blazers; came home and beat the Grizz; the Pistons who were on fire after dumping Josh Smith, and now they bombed the Wiz who was tied for second in the East entering the game.

The Hawks have the best record in the East by 3 1/2 games and it still feels like they are not getting the credit they deserve at this point. I get it; the Hawks do not have much of an identity or history, and they do not have a sexy star player...but they are playing extremely well on both sides of the ball.

Yup. Like Detroits championship year.

Don't think they win it all but I really like the way they play.

I have always raved about their players, their coach, and their system.

Korver who I love and many snickered at has a TS of 71.5!!!!! 71.5!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! That's just plain ridiculous.

Milsap (who we should have gotten instead of bonehead Amare (who we should certainly resign))

Freakin Jeff Teague is killing it. I mean REALLY killing it. Nice going Phil/knicks for nixing that deal last season over Felton.

Horford, Caroll ... everyone contributes

so here is what phil is thinking ....
