I give you that. If they make the playoffs then he should get COY. If not, I hope its an interesting choice like Kidd. Pop is a very deserving but boring winner.

Some of Ellis's improvement is Ellis. Yes, Carlisle has Ellis playing some of his best ball right now but Ellis has improved every year and his ball hogging ways were mostly over by the time he left GS. He's still got some holes in his game but he's a serviceable PG and a solid team player now. He's always been able to play defense when he wanted to but yes he's playing a lot more defense now than he has. I suspect Dallas is delighted Ellis has two more years on his contract.

The press asks them a ton of questions so when a member says "they suck" its very solicited and sometimes they are trying to send a message.

They could just easily flip a switch and get back on track as well.

Wow. I saw hibbert's selfish guys comment but didnt know about this. They took on some guys that haven't always been strong team guys. I wonder if that is part of their problems.

When Lance didn't make the all-star team, that made him more selfish and the whole team knows it, but they need what he does well.Even a vet like David West is saying they suck now.

THey came to within a moment to beating miami last year with an awful Manu. HE is playing very well and is healthy. That team stays that way they are the "It" team. Pop with that core is throw back to another era. He has coached 18 years? They are the CoreFour Yankees of the NBA. Witness it one more time would be a treat especially if they wiin it all.
