Nooooooo! We gave Chris Smith a roster spot instead of him! Wonder if he can keep it up, and does it de-value 'Linsanity' if he does- might make it look like it actually was D'Antoni's system all along...

I think Yahoo Sports said 3-5 weeks. You're right about Collinson- he did a great job a couple of seasons ago when CP3 went down while they were both on the Hornets.

Speculation that CP3 might have the same injury Melo had in the playoffs, in which case he's be out the rest of the season. He did seem to injure it while flopping, so I don't feel too badly for him.

Which shoulder is it? Is it his shooting or off arm?

CDR had 20 pts off the bench last night for the Bobcats and is starting tonight. How much did that Chris Smith roster spot gift hurt the Knicks? Kendall Marshall, CDR....

Durant a Beast again tonight.. and oh.. no westbrook.. so lets stop with the stupid he has westbrook and carmelo doesn't.. but I guess now you can spin it that he has Reggie Jackson.... LOL

i don't know how severe the injury is but the fact that it is his right shoulder means it is a worse injury by default. you don't need to be an expert like i am to figure that out.

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

How about let us stop the 1-game-means-something posts. Carmelo has no one near the talent like Westbrook on his team and that is fact. Durant is a freakin awesome player and will have plenty of games like this, just like Melo has and will have.

Memphis is trading Bayless to the Celts for Courtney Lee. Not sure why Memphis is doing this. Lee has a bad deal and Bayless is expiring. I haven't watched Lee a lot but I don't see this move for Memphis. I like Bayless a lot as a player and I thought he helped them a lot last spring.

Nets are screwed- they have even fewer picks than us going forward, worse salary, and they'll find it tough to trade Deron and Lopez with their possible career ruining injuries. What the heck are they supposed to do the next few seasons?
