“Ray,” Anthony said, “are you all right?”

“Yeah, I’m good,” Felton responded.

The signature play when Felton returned (after we all held our breath, while he fumed on the bench in pain) was the intuitive tap pass to chandler (with his right hand) for the dunk.

I'll bump it too. I don't think anyone here hates Felton. I love his skill set. I do hate his shot selection, though.

i dont think there are a lot felton haters. I think most diehard fans respect his toughness and heart, I certainly do. However even though i like felton im not afraid to be critical of him. His defense has go to get better and his shooting needs to be a little better too. Again I like felton but he needs to work on these things for the playoffs

Felton was a team-leading, efficient, 5-8 from the field last night. He made two extremely elusive drives to the rack. Or does that count?

Carmelo's 7-22 brickfest was a bummer.

If Felton (Kidd+Prigioni)can direct the offense to wins when Anthony is off, the Knicks will be dangerous in any gymnasium.

You mean that now that he's stopped doing the things that he was being criticized for, chucking the ball way more often than a player of his abilities ever should, that he and the team look better? It's funny, I got so much **** from certain people when I said that he shoots too much and he should preferably be taking 10 or less shots/game. And, whattayouknow, since coming back from injury he's changed his game and is averaging 9.5 shots/game.

Really??? going to skip the whole thing about Melo, Amare, Shumps, Wallace, Camby, ect being out and the team needing Felton to take those shots and how with a full team he won't have that burden???

Way to tell half a story.

Felton played 4 games without Melo, Amare and Shump were already out so that doesn't explain the massive increase in shot attempts, Wallace and Camby are basically non-entities on offense and Camby only played 10 mpg over 14 games anyway.

The Answer Man Never Worked For Homeland Security, And Never Will

Q. ToddTT - I wonder what percent the pinky is at.

A. The Ball Security Felton Pinkie Advisory System

Green - LOW - "It's cool" (throbbing)

Blue - GUARDED - "No high fives please" ("feels like someone stuck a nail in it")

Yellow - ELEVATED - (currently) "What's a brotha gotta do to get an ice pack in this joint?" (gunshot to the hand)

Orange - HIGH - "WTF" (after banging hand on Dalembert, imagine your hand being run over by Mack Truck)

Red - SEVERE - "put a pad on it" (hurts like a mofo, imagine finger sliced off in cigar a guillotine) "It's cool"

In a word, yes...I have always maintained his shots will come back to career average when we are healthy...Proof is in the pudding..

Everybody was saying that, the problem was some people thought it was stupid Felton being selfish and reasonable people noticed the team with guys out/injured/slumping needed his scoring.

It's easier to find your teammates when you have more options, duhhhh.

nobody thought he was being selfish. We all know felton is very unselfish which is why i am a fan of his. He wasnt shooting a lot because he is selfish he was doing it to help the team but since he had a bone bruises on both hands his shooting took a hit

Not to turn this into another Denver/Knicks trade thread but it's how I feel. Raymond Felton was the only player in which I was sad to see go during our trade for Melo. Gallo was instantly replaced by Melo, Mozgov was nothing more than a project rookie from Russia, Anthony Randolph was (and is) nothing more than a career scrub, finally got Curry off our roster and Wilson Chandler (to me) was always a product of a Mike D'Antoni's offensive scheme.

But Raymond Felton was the player who I was sad to see go (although amped we landed an elite franchise leader in Melo). Not only did Felton average 17.1 points and 9.0 assists during his 54 games as a Knick, but Amar'e Stoudemire himself feasted alongside Felton ala setting a franchise record for consecutive games of 30+ points.

And now that he's returned to the Knicks? I'm loving it. About to be 4-1 (Kings) since Felton's return from injury.

I can't believe I had full blown arguments with guys about Felton being a big part of the reason we are 20-8..
