sorry but i can't say anyone was locked down whether his name is Kobe or Michael Jordan when they shot more than 50% from the field & scored 28 while hitting the key shots in crunchtime... Kobe is unstoppable, yes, i get that... that doesn't mean u label Chandler as the Kobe stopper anytime soon... take a look at the +/- stats from last night... both Chandler & Al Harrington finished in the negative... just where am i saying i'm mad at those guys for the games they had last night? i said they didn't have good games... it's a fair criticism... if u wanna applaud Chandler for not letting Kobe score 81 last night on 80% shooting, knock urself out.

don't know who you are talking to. Wilson obviously didn't lock anyone down and for the most part, no one locks Kobe but Kobe can have an off night.

I thought Wilson did a good job on Kobe. One of the things that was telling for me is that Kobe didn't get to the line very much, which is what really hurts teams and probably one of the reasons the Knicks were actually in the game.

Unlike TMS, who claims Chandler was a non-factor, the defense played on Kobe was as good as any team is gunna get. The Mayor contested every shot except the breakaway. Non-factor? If that was the case D'Antoni would have benched him.

About Chandler:

The guy was amazing for us. He locked down Kobe in an impressive way. For practically a rookie, to get such a defensive game from him was great.

u wanna start talking about putting Kobe on lockdown, u can point to a game like John Salmons had against Kobe a little while ago where he had Kobe shooting 9 for 25 from the field on 36% shooting & matching him almost point for point on the offensive end in a game the Kings actually won... Chandler did a decent job on Kobe, not great, not terrible... nothing to write home about when ur man shoots 55% from the field & more than his seasonal average, i'm sorry... plus he struggled bigtime on the offensive end himself... in other words, he was a non factor.

my angle puts perspective on what Chandler - almost a rookie - did.
