anyone watching Kobe play his rookie season could easily tell he'd be a superstar someday...even more obviously with Lebron...& i don't want to see stat comparisons here either...no one on this planet is looking at Trevor Ariza & projecting him to be the next Michael Jordan or Magic Johnson...he's normally projected to be a Tayshaun Prince type player...for me personally, it's not really worth waiting 4 years to end up with that if i can get a player who i really feel could be a Ron Artest light in a year or 2...i'd take Josh Howard over Tayshaun Prince right now as well.

obviously none of us have crystal balls...i just think the risk of giving up Ariza & a pick is worth it to get a player who will be an all-NBA defensive type player very soon in my eyes who also scores, rebounds the ball & does everything we all love from Ariza right now only better.
