if we're gonna have this much trouble beating a 18-40 team then might as well lose this game. They would've won easily had Sweetney not spent so much time on the bench. He's still on the bench and we're down now and here we go again its the steph and craw show of bricks.

You were probably being sarcastic, but I looked it up anyway. His career high is 20 rebounds in a game and his best season was 17 PPG, and 7 RPG (rounded off #s)

I wonder why Sweetney barely played? 18 points in first quater I guess isn't good enough. We better here that he hurt something small and didn't want to take any chances making it serious tomorrow...

Taylor and Rose are showing to be great pickups. As I said all along, Nice win for the Knicks...I don't want it to be, all lottery...Lets just go out there and compete each night. Maybe PHI, BOS, NJ, or another team will fall apart letting us sneak in.
I thought the sloagan was All Ball, not All Lottery.

expected when you play a 18-40 team at home. Lets see if they can keep it up now that they play 3 good teams in a row.

he didn't play because for whatever reason they forgot about him on the bench for 8mins to start the 2nd quarter then when he got back into the game he was totally out of rhythm. It made no sense yet Kurt stayed in there despite not being effective at all.

And Ariza looked a lot better than Penny again going 2 for 3 from the field but only got 8mins while Penny got 18mins and went 0 for 2

There's no way he's going to put Kurt on the bench for Taylor.. and even though Kurt isn't a center, he's more of a presence on defense than either of them. Realistically, I can't see it happening, and I think I'd rather have one or the other (Sweetney or Taylor) coming off the bench anyway..

By the way, relating to this, either Malik Rose or Tim Thomas was playing center for a 4-5 minute stretch in the first half, as the lineup was Marbury, Crawford/Ariza, Hardaway/Ariza, Rose, and Tim Thomas (not entirely sure on the backcourt). Since Malik Rose is probably realisitically 6'5"-6'6", maybe TT was playing the 5? Interesting, either way..

I have a scary feeling that Sweetney will wind up back on the bench and KT and Taylor will start.

these types of the games make you want to root for the knicks making a good run at the playoffs, but then you're reminded its again a crap team and we're really not proving anything...

looks like everyone gets minutes to see whom does what, and make tapes to sell these guys come trade time should a deal emerge in the offseason. If we win, then we build culture.

Our knicks are a .500 team at best, but hit that skid! We lotto, but we ain't a high pick.

I Like GS throw back. "the City" is just cool!

Our Thorwbacks suck. LIke some 6 grade kids took a sharpie to a tee shirt! If they want to throw it back, make them where them short like back in the day!

I think baggies let guys like sweets look ok, but the baggies make these giant men look short on TV! IM not saying where em tight an and short to see the nutsack or anying, but all droopy looks silly too!
