Agree but with his frame I would be concerned with lower extremity injuries….although he has held up nicely but with his frame and the angles h takes on drives and finishes…that would be a definite concern.

Pretty sure the winning stat line is 15 turnovers vs 5 turnovers. We protected the ball better. They absolutely shot better than us, though our 17/25 top performer beat out their 16/31 top performer. Even on a bad shooting night we cleaned the glass, protected the ball and gutted out a win.

Spot on. We played better than they did. They shot better but not enough better and we did everything well especially wanting the ball more when it mattered

Basketball is more then just shooting better then your opponents. All the things he said the Knicks did better he seemed to diminish but those things are what win games. Maybe his coach will call him out on that or a vet on the team. Wemby acted like his team is 10 games over 500 or something.

He and Chris Paul had the same talking points after the game, and I take that stuff as badge of honor (being out-dogged). They did indeed play good enough basketball to win the game but we stifled them down the stretch with hustle and defense and won the game.
