Mark certainly has my vote, but I'm biased. He is from my home town. I knew him and his twin brother in high school and even hung out with them on occasion. He is life long friends of another close friend of mine. IMO very real, sincere and good person with strong values.

Love it if he got nomination and voted in. Good For our state! They Love Shipiro in PA! Witmer would be a good choice but all female ticket might be much.

Harris has it but the "Coronation" won't happen until the convention but really important that Dem's not fracture thus I doubt anyone makes a run for the nomination. She has 3 weeks to come on out.

Was a compliment in terms of what’s needed to secure some of that older white conservative vote Biden was able to attract. Agree he is a good businessman and also centrist in my opinion. Which will help the ticket.

Kelly's wife is jewish, they were married by a rabbi. That would be a step in the right direction without hopefully a lot of drama.

They go after Kelly's spouse, given her backstory, its likely going to backfire.

Gabby Giffords, former US congresswomen got shot in the head. She recovered and continues to advocate for gun control.

I remember when it happened. Awful. Took a great deal of strength for Giffords to recover from that kind of a head injury. Kelly gave up his career to take care of her.

Giffords and Kelly would have a larger platform to advocate for sensible gun control if Kelly were part of a winning ticket.

Kelly says that he owns more guns than the average American, so it would be difficult to frame him as a far left "hater" of the second amendment.

Agree, the times we live in. But Im sure he would be offered to be part of Harris's cabinet, should she win. Maybe offered Defense secretary, given his military intelligence background, and experience running a large dept like the DOT.

Wish I had more insight but I don't - I'm a relatively new transplant here. But Trump won NC in 2016 and 2020 and it's pretty reliably red now beyond the Governorship. Sorta like Manchin in WV all those years. I always find that interesting.
