This may be a reach but anyone sensing Jalen is not pushing action as much as normal - could be D but hoping some of the bitching about shots/flow haven’t pissed him off.

D is 95% effort and last 6 quarters we getting absolutely cooked.

When you say playing well are you including defense or we just talking about 1 side of court?

Most of these shots are wide open or guys just walking to the basket - see Holiday/White abusing our guards to the rack.

Variance. The team gives a lot of threes by design. We lucked out last year with misses. Now the pendulum has swung to the other side.

I don’t mind a high scoring game. Celtics are a great team making shots. The 3pt defense needs to be addressed but until the third quarter they were playing well.

Just maybe we not a good defensive team? We have a defensive coach but need defensive players. Then offense is iso heavy with low efficient volume shooters.

So we will either blow out teams or get blown out. Our offense dictates defensive energy.

Well at least 3/5 of our starters are poor defenders with Dd/Grimes avg. with Mitch reverting to Mo Bamba lately but still we have one of highest defensive ratings in league.

Put this game on a combination of mediocre 3pt D, and great shooting from Boston. Much of our offense looks improvised. While Boston looks like they have a plan.

This was DDVs first start in a while, against a top 3 team at home. Im confident he'll be more aggressive going forward.

Grimes took it to the rim twice this game, for maybe the first time this season. Looks like it was the right move.

I'm stuck with the Boston broadcast on NBA TV and I've got to say I've never seen worse announcers. It's a stark contrast to Clyde, Kenny, Mike, Wally, etc.

You can take and use all kinds of stats to get yourself thru the night if your Thibs. What's our record against play off teams, that's all that matters to me
