I hate ISO's and this does not pass the eye test but the stats are the stats.

It boggles my mind why anyone would suggest IQ should start over Grimes given what their role and talents show.

Not saying I think IQ should start over Grimes, but I can understand the argument. IQ is the better player at the moment. But I think Grimes is a better fit with JB and Randle in the starting lineup. He'e able to produce on lower useage, though I wish he did get more shots, and his defensive versatility makes it easier to hide JB.

Yeah next season I want to see more sets for Grimes like we did for Bullock.

No, no, no, you got it all wrong. He is doing us a solid and lowering his trade value. It's all good, these things are hashed out beforehand.

Love it. What's your price tag for OG now?

Obviously picks should come our way and then *maybe* we let djsu come back to us too, I don't care what the trade is

My only issue with OG is his shot long term. 34-35% is okay, but for someone with limited creation I'd want those numbers up by 2-3%. His shot looks a bit behind so idk if he can make that jump. He'd be a major boost over RJ just off his defense alone though.

What is 34-35%? I don't know what you are referring to

I think eventually the Knicks move Barrett and start both Quickley and Grimes.

Ah my mistake, I was looking at wrong column for 3pt shot and got confused. its actually closer to 38% which is right where we want it. I just don't know why his shot, especially his misses look so bad but that isn't that important now with this data. Ya i'm all for it. Just hope that he can conistently play 70-80 games going forward

For me, RJ is on another level with his misses

Didn't watch the game. What did you see ?

I thought he was meh.

I almost think his lower half is too thick —- IMO he isn’t a quick or explosive player, he kind of moves like RJ.

Offensively he looks almost exclusively like a catch and shoot 3 point guy but a mediocre one.

Now defense is supposed to be his call ing card but he didn’t stand out last night at least.

I take Scottie Barnes over OG myself and keep working on his shooting and handle but Toronto prob not moving Barnes.

You could say IQ should start over Barrett and you’d be right but yes Grimes is very key on this team and in that unit.

God help us if we trade a young player and 2 good picks for OG.

I would definitely consider RJ straight up but not sure I’d even want to toss in a pick with RJ —- something seems off about OG but can’t put my finger on it (maybe it’s he doesn’t love the game?) no idea.

The problem is OG is coming up on a huge payday. Not taking into account contracts I would trade RJ and a 1st for him. Put in 1 or 2 of those useless protected if it makes the Raps feel better. OG is not a star in my eyes but an upgrade over RJ and ever since RJ has gotten terrible at defense he has been our weaklink in the starting lineup. I could live with RJ as who he is if he got back to being a good defender.
