I complained throughout the entire game day thread. Because 22 3's allowed was the most frustrating thing I ever watched.

But @ the end day I'm proud of this team tonight. For fighting hard and battling back. From down 19 mid 3rd Quarter and cut it down all the way to only 3. But then 4th Q Kyrie Irving, happened.

So long UK, until next time.

Bad loss. They played last night and no Durant or Simmons. The defense sucked all night.

They shot lights out, but how about a moving screen call once in a while.

Had to pound Irving into submission tonight.

Coach K got to watch a couple of his stars but Irving clearly outshone Barrett tonight.

Wow. Sucks that the Knicks lost but that 4th qtr was great.

Irving put the cape on for that 4th qtr…nothing was stopping him.
Difference between a “star” NBA player and a “SUPERSTAR” NBA player.

Hate losing to Captain Flat Earth, but they found some fight in the second half. That 3 point close out has been our Achilles heel all year.

I feel bad for Miami Heat fans. For having to live through 29 made 3's by the Milwaukee Bucks back in 2020 (All-Time NBA record) while losing by 47 points.

Because watching us allow 22 3's tonight? Is something that I can't remember ever happening. And hope to never see it happen again.

Talk about....

Frustrating.

Doris pointed out that the Knicks were finally getting a sense of urgency. I agree, it shouldnt have come so late.

I wouldn't say all of that.

Kyrie Irving = 32 points off 12/27 (.444%) and 41 minutes.

R.J. Barrett = 24 Points off 9/16 (.563%) and only 31 minutes.

This is actually a game where I wish coach Thibs would've played R.J. Barrett another 10+ minutes of play while shooting another 10+ attempts; because he couldn't be stopped tonight.

Hats off to Kyrie but I loved RJs game tonight.
