I like Mitch but centers are easy to replace. Highest I would pay Mitch is 12 to 13 per.

and this is why you don't wait until the very last minute to play young players. Now that we were finally about to give them good time almost all of our young players are injured. Miles, Grimes, Cam are all probably done for the year. Even if Miles does come back he will be compromised. Sigh

Really? C’mon man, thats taking the agenda pretty far.

Please explain what I said that has taken things so far?

Well which fallacy should we address first? That it's all Thibs' fault? Well you can't argue with some about that, unless we say it's all Randle's fault. But the main thing is your reasoning that if we went back in time and played Deuce and the younguns more (when they likely weren't ready) somehow they wouldn't get hurt and thereby get a ton of experience minutes. And many here (maybe you) would add that we then would have made the playoffs. Or tanked properly. Depending on which side of the axe they feel like grinding that day. Which is what you're really doing. You can admit it, you're hardly alone here.

Huh? You clearly misunderstood my point. This is a classic case of arguing against something that does not exist. Never once did I say it was Thibs fault they were injured or that they would not be injured if they played more earlier in the season. That legit makes no sense. My point is that the reason you don't wait until the very last second to play them is because they might then be injured when that time comes. That means they end up getting no real playing time throughout the whole season. Thibs was the one who said there are things you can only teach by getting real NBA playing time. So that would mean those players have now been set back. Why would you look past the simple conclusion and assume I mean some outlandish one? Now reading back my post, I think I clearly stated my point. I don't know how it was at all possible for you to misunderstand it to this degree. The rest of the stuff you said was not even addressed in my post so I don't know where that comes into play.

I wonder what Thibs is scared will happen at this point if he were to start IQ for a few games just to see- does he think the world will end?

I think I absolutely addressed your point, which seems to me to lie in the zone of “the fallacy of the predetermined outcome.” You imply that if Thibs had played these guys more earlier in the season they wouldn’t have gotten hurt and then played lots more minutes. There is no way to know that, although you present it as if you do.

I inferred “Thibs Hate” from this point since it seemed to me the primary reason for making such a claim. If not the case then I apologize. But I was following up on another poster’s questioning your “agenda,” so I don’t think it was just me.

The knicks did 123 cancun last night can't blame them for the effort the players know season is over.
