If someone had told me a few years ago that Porzingis would not receive a new contract with us, I would have told him that it is not normal. Until a month or two ago, I was sure that Mitch would stay safe...now I'm not so sure anymore.
RJ should really be a safe thing, but you never know...
There were so many signs that KP was on his way out once he skipped the EXIT meeting, MILLS didn't get fired with Phil, trading Melo and willy (the 2 players he was close to) and his brothers comments about needing to show progress and we turned around and TANKED.
I always said Losing brings misery and constant change, winning builds stability and growth (no major trades at the deadline even though we had cap space)
That makes RJ's situation different, because we are starting to win more and he's actually getting better, especially in his 2nd season where most of our 1st round picks have not been doing.

Damn Rainman, you made that statement up? That's some wise ass MF'ing sage greek philosophy type statement you made just now.......
I bet you the man-about-Town with you held up high and shoulders back passing on all kinds of things that just adds to "accreditation of 1248" into the annuls of great men making great statements......
In fact, you a regular "Tony Robbins" kinda wealth of motivational inspiring notations!
I bet a room goes quiet when walk in the door with legions of followers hanging on your word!
Just so we set the record straight, sometimes Misery brings losing. Sometimes its a lack of talent. Instabilty. losing can be a symptom of something else. That's not what I always say, its just logic.
Winning can be a symptom of Talent, Chemistry, and as you said stability. Do I always say this? No, its widely universally known. What I will always do is call out bullshyt. Not hard smell it when it reeks.
"Reek1248"....New era!
