Do not see Bledsoe changing much. If TT can get Randle back to down low presence and play some D, he will add more to our win total than Bledsoe. Imo. Randle is still a young player. He is physical and has a high offensive skill set. He was our top scorer and is tough to stop down low.
Fizdale was more to blame with how bad he looked. Trying to make his a PF was a joke. Feel TT will not let him do that will hopefully push him to play the physical game more.

We just made it past storm season, but we still need to play it safe. The cyclonic winds cause by Randle's spins can still do damage to the city's infrastructure.

I'm happy Randle has faced his demons head-on and is battling his spinning addiction. Kenny Payne has presented himself as a capable sponsor. I hope we all continue to support Julius as continues his long road to recovery

Randle's been great. This is why good coaching is important. You can see Randle over a season under Thibs. Maybe after next year (we have a TO) we do max him out... (drumroll) because he's awesome and Knicks are a playoff team. He's 26. We have this year and next. No rush.

and great defense. I was not impressed by his D last year. This year its been great. We get stops and Randle is a horse. Dude just grinds and he and Thibs are looking like a good pairing. He passes! Unselfish 2-way basketball. Thats been Randle and the key to this 4-3 start

Since 2017, only 6 NBA players have had such a stat line: James Harden, Luka Doncic, Nikola Jokic, Giannis Antetokounmpo, DeMarcus Cousins, and Russell Westbrook.
If Randle keeps this up, which I think he can, he is a strong candidate for an all star selection.

I'm worried about all the minutes he and Barrett are playing. His scoring and rebound numbers per 36 are the same as last year he is just playing more minutes so his counting numbers are higher. The passing is where he has improved.

They only give the MVP if the team at least makes it to the conference finals. But sure, I am not arguing:) that would be incredible

Would you trade Randle straight up for Kritaps Porzingis?

I actually don't mind the minutes for RJ and Randle. We all know it's because of injuries and to get wins when you can. I'd rather be at the 4-3 with heavy minutes for those 2, and the growth that has come with it, than 1-6 or realistically 0-7 if we had Fiz.

Guys will come back and minutes will go down soon.

Assuming God is really blessing us with Randle 2.0, then definitely not. He’s a far superior playmaker, leader, and possibly defender.

At this point it should be about who can we bring here that would compliment the guys in the starting rotation.

...and he shows no signs of stopping.
Putting a smaller faster player on Randle would cut down on his assists. He literally gets a free pass handling the ball top of the arc and the defense lets him get a head of steam more often than not. Pressuring him handling the ball early could pull him out of that, BUT you cant do that because he ends up killing you in the post so right not its really pick your poison and Randle is really hurting other teams. He has some bad shooting nights but seems to make up for that with will and power.

Look at the guy's build. He's gotta be one of the stronger guys in the league. He's pretty jacked and is really showing a nice balance of power/skill this year. As the shooters around him get better those assists should keep piling up

I think the question for the FO is do they take this new Randle to facilitate a larger deal or ride with him....his value is through the roof...deals that were not possibly a yr ago can get done....or you can shoot for a higher target....this is with the understanding that Randle maintains this pace or 75-80% of it up to the deadline..
