One thing to question the moves Perry made as Knicks GM. Pinning Perry for what happened on teams where he was an AGM is a big reach.
Yep, I agree- how can people say Perry is 100% to blame now as a GM, yet the Magic GM wasn't 100% to blame, instead Perry was in his role of assistant GM role? By that logic Gerald Madkins (our assistant GM- be honest who knew that?!?!) is to blame for all our moves.
Fans need to believe in team becoming great overnight... after some count of scapegoats are fired...
Otherwise alcoholism and drags may kill them. So let them believe.
LOL. Oh yeah, you have it all figured out.
Overnight success and scapegoats. Great call.
Nothing to do with the fact that if you paid an ounce of attention to the team building Perry has done in his career both here and on other franchises that his TYPE of player and his way of building a team are not conducive to winning basketball.
But sure, let's blame it on impatient fans who want a scapegoat.
As Russian saying goes "You do not show half-made job to the fool"...
Of course if its all on display anyways the is no cure...
It seems that your years of following Knicks basketball has impacted your basketball IQ and lowered your standards on what a quality executive and rebuild is.
You hate to see it.
