The problem with barret and what's holding him back his free throwing shooting he missed 5 free throws last night. No guard can shoot 52 percent from the free throw line he can't be nick anderson barret. I have bad feeling if we ever become good and rj barret has nick anderson moment in a finals game they would destroy him like it did nick anderson in 1995 and never became same player after that.

Finals? We talking Finals!!!!
RJ to become all he can be, and lead us to the finals will have solved his FT' dilemma.
I think a good comp might be Simmons on Philly, kid is a phenom max player. A career 58% FT shooter but up to 61% this year.
A liability actually.. He shoots 55% from the floor mostly close to the rim. We know all bout his 3pt range!!!!
Not the same player. Simmons is a "john wall" type without the shot.

Key word if ever go to finals it not likely right now but his free throw shooting is crap. Barret has already screwed up some games because of his free throwing shooting is bad like the nets game the second game season. All teams have to do is hack a barret like teams do to ben simmons the guy got make his free throws can't go in to him 4 quarter if you brick free throws all time.

My man, your making a good point and for Barrett to be handed the keys to be closer its huge he hits his charity offerings!!!
Just having a little "finals" fun!!! For the knicks to progress they will need a stud like RJ and for him to be what we think he can he will have to get better! It think Clyde told us he is over 60% and trending better.
