Irving is going the Nets or the lakers. And here we are hoping to max out an injured super star.

What a disgrace. No excuses. Back to the worse franchise in all of sports.

Can we at least wait until free agency before going into doom and gloom mode? Maybe for once we're making sensible moves versus the splashy, quick fix deals.

Agree. Dont believe its the end of the world if the Knicks decide there arent any good deals to be had. Those of you who are upset that Perry didnt land AD, look at the deal NO got for him. Think about what it would have taken to beat that offer. Would have been a ridiculous asking price for a one year rental, or a player you want to sign long term.

Have no doubt AD will stay in LA because LeBron is there. We dont have that going here. Again we have two max slots to work with. This will not be the last FA class. Shouldn't treat this summer like its the last chance to upgrade the roster.

KD going down might be a silver lining by preventing us from trying to cut corners. I'm more inclined to just accumulate draft picks with our cap space rather then spend it on FA anyway. We are not 2 super stars away from contending! We need to draft 2-3 solid players first, then we can look at FA's. Look at what GS and Toronto had to draft first before they could contend. They each had to develop multiple draft picks over multiple years (Klay/Curry, OG Anunoby/Pascal Siakam/Demar Derozan) before they could become contenders.

We can't skip any steps. We have to develop our own talent first!!!!

100% agree

Totally agree

Are you calling the KP trade a panic trade? I thought the front office did great getting that deal. KD rupturing his achilles changes things don't you think? If you are getting a healthy KD you chase AD.
