I honestly don't think he knows what he's doing with this team. Which is a large reason they are 25-38. Is that so hard to believe? This is his second head coaching gig. I'm not one to complain about the coach. I liked Woodson and I liked Fisher. I don't like what this team is running relative to its personnel. I don't think Hornacek has done a good job or made good adjustments this year. That's 100% honest from me. Why would I possibly lie about that.

I believe he's done well enough for his job to not be in jeopardy in the near term.

I wouldn't fire him. We need some continuity. Though I don't think we'll have make the playoffs with Hornacek as the coach (I mean ever, not just this season).
