ONe thing? Not sure that is the thing holding back Minny. Not sure of the timeline, but was Noah a free agent when Thibs singed with Minny?
It could have a package deal if Thibs really wanted him.

Thibs benched Noah in his last year at times.

From what I Have read there was love/hate with Thibs. He rode them hard, but they also liked the challenge. Tough to say.
